Hey Doug, great to hear from you. And you know, one of the good things that is going on though is the freezing level is dropping. So, that's putting snow in the mountains rather than rain. So, that should help out some. And I'm sure there are a lot of skiers that are chomping at the bit. So, I'm sure they're glad to see some of the snow up there. And I know we are. We are way behind on snow right now. That last warm front that blew through really just hammered us for snow. So, now that things are cooling down, hey, we're starting to see some snow in the passes and that's a good thing. Alrighty, well 73s, have a wonderful day.
