Well Peter, definitely appreciate the offer, but more portables, bud, is just not something I need at this stage in the game. Especially not more Chinese ones. I've got a bunch of them here myself. More than one man could ever use. You'd be much better served in keeping notice for new club members. That's what I would say, what your original plan was, is definitely a good one. I've got maybe a dozen or more inexpensive Chinese radios. I don't call them cheap because they're not really. The things that they can do is incredible for that. I do. Dewey just rolled over, he almost fell off my desk. Bud, you've got to be more careful. There's edges here and you're going to follow and roll yourself off one. There, come on, get down. No, I'm sorry, bud. No, I can't see. Yeah, he almost rolled right off the desk and I just had to get him down. He had his head, first he had his head upside down and the top of his head was flat to the desk. I was just giving him a scratch and he was purring. And then he rolled over and he almost fell right off the desk. I caught him with my arms there. And he was there purr-way. I couldn't hear him because I've got a noise canceling headset on, but I could feel the purrs in my hands and flop, I almost went off the desk. But yeah, like I was saying, man, that's the last thing I need. I definitely appreciate the offer though, big time. But new hams would love something like that. I know if there was a way to get radios inexpensively when I first became a ham, it would have been good. Let me reset. I think the first portable that I bought paid like a hundred bucks. Wasn't so bad. Then I got its twin, its UHF twin, because that was a VHF radio. And I got its UHF twin, which was the HTX 404, because I had a 202 and a 404. And I got that one for 50. So let's say 150 bucks, but those radios were ancient even when I first became a ham in 2006. They were like from the 80s or whatever. Then I spent $300 on a Yezu FT60 with all the bells and whistles. It had the case, it had a high gain antenna, two extra batteries, it had the drop-in charger, it had the original adapter. Oh man, it had a speaker mic. It had everything with it. And I loved it. And I had that radio for a couple of years until I got interested in something else. I can't remember what it was. Was it a base unit? Yeah, I think it was a mobile radio that I had set up. And I was using that for quite some time. Boys, girls, ladies, gentlemen, we're at the bottom of the list. So let's go ahead and see how we're doing for time. Oh, my watch is charged. Lovely. Forgot about that. How are we doing for time here? We got a 35 minutes or so left. So, oh, that watch is cold. When I put it on, don't look at that metal band. Anyway, let's make another call for check-ins. Let's see who we got out here.
