Well hey, thank you, Cass. I have SSR here and Gray, of course I have already talked to Daryl about hooking up and going to talk to people about making sure they babysit their networks. Because I hate that. When somebody hooks up and they don't watch, you know, when things start going sour or somebody is keying up or something, they got to do their part too. I always do mine, so always. So I like to see other people doing theirs as well. And we're going to have a great time, great net. It's been really interesting listening to everything. And I'd get out there at 5 o'clock in the morning and that was like the best part of the year for me, like you said, when Black Friday was there. Because I would get out of the hole. And they'd triple your rent in the malls. Your rent triples for the last, mostly I think three months before Christmas. Also, some of them are just too much and the price is ridiculous. So you'll be paying a lot less through the year and when you get closer to Christmas, they up the rent. Because they know you're going to kill it. And they want a percentage of that.
