Indeed sir, I'm reading you loud and clear. That was a comedy of errors. I'm actually, I'm a new ham here, kind of muddling my way through. In fact, today is my first, this is my first Echo Link QSO. I am wearing Bluetooth headphones and right after I checked in with you, my cell phone sent me a text message which basically hijacked my Bluetooth headphones and I went deaf. So that's how that crazy little comedy of errors went but nonetheless, thank you very much for allowing me to join your net. I am in South Carolina in the good old US of A. Very nice to hear this very broad and eclectic crowd here. I'm normally used to hearing people talking about fried okra and cornbread but having a good time. Yeah, this is my retirement hobby. I'm new to radios. I'm a retired airline pilot. Talked on radios my whole life but never learned the science of it. So I'm having a good time and I very much appreciate you letting me join.
