Well, not a whole lot tonight. I was just surfing around on Echo Link here, trying to find some different conversations to get involved in. It was kind of quiet around all of my areas, in the areas in different places that I was checking. So I was glad to be able to stumble upon your neck there, and you're doing a great job operating. I like the way everything is going, and I really like the name of the drop-in or drop-in. It's really good. Not doing a whole lot here. It's 11-something on my end down here in Texas. We've had a little rain. Sorry about that. But anyway, nothing really major to report. It's kind of dry. We don't have basements here, but our ground's a little damp. But we're doing OK.
