Yeah, it's, we, Audrey and I are just freshly empty nesters finally. Our adult children all moved out within the last few weeks. Noah moved to Virginia for a job. Actually his job helps him travel a lot. So he zips all over the country now for his new job. But Rachel moved out with some friends from coworkers actually. So she shares a town home with a couple of coworkers now. So now our house is empty. And I asked my wife, I said, Hey, so December is coming and nobody is going to be here. You know, the kids are all gone. I said, so what's the plan? She goes, I don't know, probably be depressed. I was like, okay, that's the plan. Got it. Okay, cool. Anyway, but so we're doing what we can just the two of us here. So none of our kids are established enough that we can say we're going to their house for Christmas. Actually, Andrew and his wife Ann Marie up in Canada, they could probably host us for Christmas. However, that's a phenomenal plane trip, international travel, and that kind of stuff. So anyway, I want to go. Thanks Jim for that. Have fun down in Portland. Your daughter is down there, right?
