Well, hello Jack. It's a beautiful day here and we've been having a late day. We just got up and ate Hank and Omelette with some greens and salsa. He said it was pretty good. We're trying out some recipes in a diet friendly diet book. He likes any of them. It's pretty amazing. I mean I can like sit and eat eight prunes at one time when the book says, oh no you're only supposed to eat like three a day. Oh well. Back to you Jack. K-0-E-C-K. Howdy everybody.
