Well, constitutionally in the states, they can't unless they have reasonable suspicion and they get a warrant, court order. Individual states say they can, but they're still violating the Fourth Amendment without probable cause. So, but yeah, yeah. And the hare, here in the states, you basically, if you were like for instance, you want to work for J.B. Hunt, a truck driving company. They will, their policy is you have to give them a hare sample so they can test it to get hired on to the company. But that DOT can't do that, so it's all because of the Fourth Amendment. So it all depends on, you know, if it's private or public, government, and all kinds of different rules apply, I guess. But I would never go there, because I mean, think about it. Let's say I use something two years ago. Let's say I used THC a year and a half ago, and they get the hare test. I gave them voluntarily the hare test to get the job. They could still report it to the DOT and the FMCSA, and it could be marked down as a use, I used it and I got caught on it, so therefore I could get a suspension of my license up to five years. So why would I give hare samples? It doesn't make any sense to me.
