for doing the net and good afternoon everybody. I hope everybody's doing well. It is a beautiful sunny day, fairly warm. 72, 74 is here in Southern California. No heaters but shorts and a little bit of flip flops, not so bad. Little Jeff, always great to hear from you my friend and it was great to hear Brooks on your net last night. I always enjoy those. That's a nice easy day. I think working around the house, I think I'm gonna clean the garage. Not a whole lot of adventure on that but it seems like a nice day and it really needs to do it and I've been putting it off so I guess all good things come to an end.
