All right, thank you Dan. Yeah, I think it depends on where you're at because our friend recently had a sleep apnea test and they basically gave her a machine and put her on a machine overnight to see how she did. So I guess it would be at what level they want to test you at because the ring probably does a decent job to give them a general idea but I just can't see a ring being the end all be all for that test. But both my watch and my ring gave me sleep scores, lets me know how much I toss and turn and how many times I get up and what kind of sleep I get but then there's also something with my phone that I can turn on and it will listen to me snore and tell me if I have a lot of snoring or not and I'm guessing if it's listening to you breathing that I can let you know if you have some issues there as well but usually when I'm in a quiet place to be able to do that, my wife is next to me and who's to say it doesn't pick up some of her snoring because she snores but apparently I can sleep no problem for her snoring but she has a problem sleeping through my snoring so she has to wear ear buds in her ears at night when I'm home and sleeping in bed. Another reason, it used to be she'd throw me into the second bedroom but we have a roommate now and so that bedroom is not available. The first night I was home I was sleeping in the writing room, she had cleared the bed in there, just a mattress on the ground. She took all her stuffed animals off when my son came to visit because he was going to sleep in there but the first night I was home because of her cold she didn't want to wear ear buds so I ended up sleeping in there. Even though it was on the floor, I think I slept better in there than I did anywhere else but other than that trying to run that thing in the truck when the truck is running or something like that, I don't get the kind of results that I want to get but that's that.
