Well, we spent the first half of December looking like December and acting like December but now December has given way to early March. It's Christmas Day, it's supposed to be in the low 60s. So it's happened before but it's still kind of weird. But yeah, the first part of the month it was pretty blustery and cold. We had quite a bit of snow. We had almost 15 inches in total like the first two-thirds of the month. But now it's like I said, it's turned back warm again and yeah, just kind of everything's kind of wet and muddy and brown from getting snowed on previously. So I know I hate to see what's going on in the northwest there with all the rain. I know that you guys are getting up there in the southern DC area. It looks like it's pretty bad thinking about all you folks up there. Okay, thank you.
