Speaking of the freeze-dried food, I've got to tell you, I know it comes to mind for me and Bill, this might ring a bell with you as well, but if you're going to need freeze-dried ice cream that you used to be able to get at REI, I don't even know if it's still a thing or still there, but that will always impress me, how you freeze-dry ice cream and why it still tastes so good.
