Well good morning to the two of you and the net. This is KJ7JXM Roberts and mobiling along I-5 Northbound just entering Mount Vernon. On my way to the North end of Burlington to get to a customer's storage lot to work on one of their trucks. I did a bandaid repair to it last week and it didn't quite take very well. I think my bandaid repair caused more problems which I was afraid that was going to happen and I kind of presented that issue instantly to them to begin with. I am on my way out with some more parts and a bunch of stuff to just get the job done right. I am going to fire the truck, get two new strobe lights on there and add a switch to separate the strobe lights from the work lights. I think that is part of the problem. Whoever installed the initial set of strobe lights used really cheap ones and really small wiring so hopefully the beacon lights are still going to be functional because that is one thing I did not bring and that might be a bigger problem if those don't work and I have to replace those. The pad they are on I don't know if I can replicate that pad or if I have to go to Amazon and find the cheap versions that they are to be able to utilize the same mounting location. We will cross that bridge when we get there. So far happy, healthy, rock and rolling. It is 41 degrees on the dashboard here in the Mount Vernon area and I am hoping that it warms up nicely but I think we are supposed to hit a high of 50 today. I got my sweater on. What else I think once we are done with the job we will probably do a little bit of playing around up here. Hopefully it doesn't take too long. Luckily the majority of the work I think is going to be done so it is just reaming some holes out and putting some new strobe lights on and running some wires. Hopefully it should be a pretty quick job I am really hoping. I don't run into bigger rat's nest when I pull the dash apart but we will find out. Let's see if that is about all I got. I know there is a lot more I could talk about but focusing on the road and not playing bumper cars up here because that doesn't end up too well. So there you go. Thank you too for doing what you do.
