Okay, well I hope you're eating something good for lunch. 827-JOE, good morning Joe, how you doing? Hey, good morning, I'm Joe, good morning everyone, I'm at 827-JOE here in Las Vegas, Nevada. And just a quick check in, got a lot of stuff going on today, got the guy coming to do the air conditioning or in the heating the vents, I should say the duct work, doing a cleaning seal, get everything wrapped and sealed and leak proof and then of course cleaned. And so we're getting that done today, it should take hopefully a couple hours or less. Not really looking forward to it, kind of want to go back to bed but that's not going to happen. Anyway, that's really about it, just wanted to pop on real quick before the guy came, I should be here very shortly to start work.
