So that should show on the screen of the radio. So what you want to do, there should be a button on there that shows the function button. Just hold that down until that key disappears off the screen. So if there's a key showing up on your screen of your radio, that means it's locked. Your keypad is locked. So hold down the F button and then that'll unlock your keypad.
