The L1 UKZ this is KC2 PKG standing in for KB9 and it's my turn so I'm gonna call myself. KC2 PKG, KC2 PKG. My wife picked up something at the hospital yesterday she's signed up for a sleep study since we were talking about sleep briefly and it's a it's a bunch of gear and you put it on you just go to sleep it's like the heart monitors they have now to you just go to the hospital they stick it on your chest and say come back tomorrow and you do that and it records and does everything like that you can shower in and it's great now I don't know if you can shower in the sleep study stuff and I don't remember her putting it on last night I think that was the plan and maybe she just never got to it but it's kind of cool remote control sleep study or I think probably just record and and finds out whether you're getting a good night's sleep or not I noticed a lot of people are very worried about getting enough sleep and stuff like that and oh my god I'm only gonna sleep for an hour and a half and you know I think half of the battle in that and I'm not saying I sleep better than everybody here but I think half the battle in sleep is not worrying about whether you're asleep or not just lie there you know you got nothing to do so how many times in your life that have you had the place where just nothing to do I'm just gonna lie here in bed and I don't have anything to do until 8 o'clock tomorrow morning or what I thought it'd be 730 because you got to get up to the net all right next on the list is in 1w I and Peter what do you got man this is Casey to PKG I'm just kind of a distinguished bill is really weird I don't understand it is they I've known Bill for a few years but I I don't picture bill doing something that's this woman's got some mental issue it sounds like there's something wrong in a brain or mentally or something I don't know that's weird but yeah they're not great not much else going on just sitting here looking outside it's not raining or nothing but just sitting here watching YouTube having a drink I only woke up about 930 somewhere out there and I'm what's going on here just and yeah it is a federal holiday here in Canada I know Josh wasn't sure was it I know and it is a federal holiday here I think I know the banks all that stuff are closed and the malls are closed everything else is closed so yeah they get the federal holiday here in Canada for Remembrance Day but there you go back to you great
