Yeah, if you don't, your body's just going to shut down. You've got to keep busy. I walked through a cemetery in Wallingford. People used to work like 200 or 300 years ago. And you look at their dates, 106 years old, 100 and this, 90. This is when they had no doctors, no antibiotics, no nothing. The only reason why people lived that long, because they didn't smoke cigarettes. They probably didn't drink hardly anything. All they did was work all day. The only people that didn't make it were the kids. You see, all these things, six months or one year old, all those, they died. And if you made it past 30 years old and you weren't killed in a war or something, you could almost last 100 years. All you had to do was just keep busy and take good care of yourself. Well, like less stress. Because stress holds you down, bothers you down too.
