Well, you need some exercise. You don't get around that much. I've been listening. Every now and then you might go down to the store to get some goodies, but you don't really get around that much. You should try to get up, try to work a plan where you do a couple miles, maybe two miles, and then get up to three miles a day just to keep your system, you know, a little longer if you do that.
