I'm not sure because I don't want to say something that's not true, but there is a clause somewhere and it depends upon where you live. If there's a river there and you're on one side of the river, you have the river rights to follow the river but not to go up on the property. Since you own the land where the river is, you don't own the river. I don't know if I own the river and I really don't care. If there's people there and if they're there, I'm not going to make a big thing about it. It's nothing. What happens there is it's also a snowmobile trail and it's a quad trail, which is good. My friend actually likes it. I said, no, you've got a quad trail right in the back of your yard. You ought to make that road go right down to it but it'd be too long. You'd have like 1,200 feet of trees you'd have to cut down just to get to the back of the old property line.
