Well, just know that when you're eating it, it takes about 2-3 hours before you get a reaction. So, you need to be patient. Because I've had times where I'm like, okay, it's not going to do shit. And then I end up regretting it. That's stupid. Yeah, it takes like a, I'm used to it now. It takes like 2-3 hours before you get something out of it. And for me, yeah, 300 mg is plenty. I try not to go over that. That way, if you know that that's what it is, you can eat the whole thing. Otherwise, if it's like 1500 or 2000, 2500 mg, it's time to get a knife and start splitting that, right? Like if you have a brownie that's super strong, you know, you cut that in half. And it's going to take like a couple of hours before you notice anything.
