I doubt that those incidents are related because the first one was completely my error. What happened was I had a few days off, but before I had my days off I had to change my network password because it would have expired while I was on vacation. And it's bad if that happened. So I changed the password and I neglected to remember what I changed it to. So I called IT and the folks that I spoke to said, we can't help you remotely. You have to go into the office. So I drove all the way into the office to speak to an actual person in person. And they got it fixed in about two seconds and they told me that I really didn't need to come in to have that resolved. But it was a little bit of an communication issue trying to convey to the initial people I was talking to really what the issue was. So I think there was a misunderstanding of what it was, what the problem was and what I was trying to do. So I got that fixed immediately and then drove all the way back home and kept working. Today it's a hardware issue, not me forgetting my password issue. Hopefully that's all of the issues and I'll be failing here for the remainder of the week at least. TJ7RAB back to you.
