I have not done that in a tunnel. Actually, maybe I did once. But I have definitely done that when I go through a valley or a dead spot that I am aware of. I know that when I'm over in Redmond, down there right where 520 starts there, tends to be a dead spot for me to check into the net. I've definitely switched over to Ecolink as I'm going up that hill. I think it's more of my receive that is rough. I think I can be heard because I think I still have line of sight to Cougar Mountain. But as far as hearing, I've definitely turned on Ecolink in that case.
