Well, thank you, Jim. Not raining down there. That's good. And it doesn't surprise me, living up here in the wonderful convergence zone. There's a lot of times it's not raining anywhere else. Anyway, sounds like James got her hands full quilting there. And yeah, enjoy the non-rainy weather down there. And yeah, the last couple nets I've done have been kind of slow starting.
