Hey there it's Wilko. Just got back from my physical therapy appointment this morning up in West Seattle so I'm back down at the boat now. I've got my doggo here full-time for the next about eight or nine days here. My ex just went to Costa Rica to travel so I have the dog full-time here on the boat. So we are about to gear up and go for a rainy Monday morning walk and hopefully there will be some coffee in there somewhere because the physical therapy office that coffee maker there they were out of cups and I didn't bring my own glass which sometimes I do carry in my car so anyway it has been a no caffeine morning yet so far and I already had to do a workout so definitely struggling I'm on the struggle bus this Monday. Got some boat work to do on a neighbor's boat here at the Duwamish Yacht Club and other than that it will just be taking care of the dog and taking care of myself and trying to deal with all of the parts of the boat that drip inside when it rains so with that I'll say 73 to everyone out there and hello to the to the follow-up RF involvement here from Dave the high desert pirate radio hi there and I'll send it back to Matt everyone to join Monday.
