The first program was started with a program for testing all French children to help teachers better understand their English class and form up the international standard. In 2008, every child met up in language skills at the first elementary, first grade, first mandatory here at the school of the arts, by the way. They were then passed again after four months of formal education and then after one complete year of learning.
