However, in my reading and some researching, there are a number of ways that he can do those that take longer. He can't just make up his mind, going, oh, you're up to 90%. There are other ways of applying tariffs, but it's convoluted and it's a big process to do it. So if he doesn't, if they do get struck down, I'm interested to see what happens.
