The video that I'm using is an Icom ID51 and VFOB is a 2 meter simplex frequency transmission with a PL tone. You need a PL tone so nobody is going to jump on your frequency and that locks it up. And then the antenna I'm using is a signal stick on this ID51. Transmitting to my base antenna which is a Diamond X6000A tri-band, 2 meters, 70 centimeters, 23 centimeters, it's the antenna for the IC9700 and with a DXEngineering LMR400 coax, 25 foot long, going to an FTM400 VFOB in 2 meters and VFOA on the FTM400 is the clear note. Clear note is the one attaching to the W7 PSR.
