First of all, I want to congratulate you on the 1,000th contact on FE8. And that's a great achievement. The person I emailed her to and that I got him connected to WSJTX, I think he did almost 8,000 in six months. And apparently the guy works and he's running a 7610 on remote to his workplace. And he's one of the defense contractors in Nevada. And from where you're at like you, the guy really got into FE8. And he's got stations internationally that I haven't even contacted. So that was really an improvement. And I think it's based on his antenna and the time that he's operating. I usually operate at nighttime, so not too much in the day. But the rare DX stations that he can log, they're probably happening on different bands in the day, like morning and afternoon. Back to you. I met at field day and he showed me what FE8 was. So I came right back home and downloaded that onto my computer so I could do some FE8 contacts too. And I find that FE8 conversations aren't very exciting since they're nothing more than a signal report. But it's exciting to me to see how far my radio waves are able to travel from this little black box on my desk. Back to you.
