So I thought you know, I should check this out And it tests out. It sounds it's perfectly fine. It was a it's a a counterfeit blue microphone and it's blue But it's a no-namo a Chinese no-namo Mike a Perfectly good microphone though, and it wasn't too expensive. I think I speed No $39 for it or something a few years ago and I used it and they used it But of course that I just started using my natty FCM 1000 mics I've got four of them three of them are matched and the fourth one isn't technically matched with the others But if I didn't tell you that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference Pretty good quality control and those SCM 1000s are dual diaphragm large diaphragm dual element studio condensers that you usually have in In figure eight pattern that's that's my favorite way to use mics because they're have it a null plane So they're if you're especially if you're recording a band in a cheap venue that has bad acoustics It's not just deaf to the side just deaf to the sides up and down so it doesn't hear the bad Sounding reflection is between the ceiling and the floor anyway, but this is a super cardioid It's a slightly smaller form factor. It's still a canister mic, but it's just a slightly smaller gauge canister mic Sounds alright Just test.
