I guess the military has taught me to abuse caffeine. And it's of course my addictive drug of choice, a lethal drug of choice. I don't use nicotine, but yeah. They also train you to be sleep deprived, so you do stand plenty of watches when you probably should be sleeping. And you learn to sleep when you can sleep. When there's time to sleep, you sleep.
