Yeah, I can relate. I typically can't fall asleep until after midnight. My brain doesn't shut off. And then I am right awake. I don't care. 90% of the time I'm right awake at 5 o'clock in the morning. So I typically get 4 to 5 hours of sleep a day. Then once a month or so, I'll end up sleeping a good, a good most of the day like I did yesterday and last night. I think it's just the way my body catches up. I've been sleeping like that, gosh, 15 years I guess. 4 or 5 hours of sleep every night. And then once or twice a month I may end up taking a really good 3 or 4 hour nap. And then I'm good again for a while. So it's kind of hard but that's just the way my sleep patterns have always been it seems like.
