Hey, it's Nick and I, everybody on the net. After doing is going good. I am prepping for a 7 year old birthday party for my daughter. Just got to guess what to cut off, picked up some pizza. She decided to do donuts instead of cakes. I've got a couple dozen donuts and we're doing kind of an impromptu birthday party at the park. Thank goodness for the weather we have today. A few days ago, obviously, I wouldn't have any. So, yeah, things kind of aligned for us to do this and looking forward to it. I don't know, a couple handful of kids and sugar them up and let them run around the playground and then we'll have some adult chat time and it should be fun. KK7, PMI, back to you. Big check.
