Good afternoon Jack. Yes, it's warm here but it won't be later. It's supposed to cool down to 47 tonight. It's not going to be as cool tonight as I had first thought. And then it's supposed to get way cold tomorrow night. It's supposed to get down to 24. So it's going to be cold tomorrow night and Monday night with a high in the mid to upper 40s. So I doubt I'll do much tomorrow but we'll just have to see what happens. So anyway, back over to you Jack. I hope you're having a good day up there. And we'll catch everybody later.
