Yeah, hey Jack, I was back there just got out of the shower, was working out. Most of this morning I did a five mile bike ride on the indoor bike. Did the TRX, the weight bench, the whole deal, so I've been doing that and getting a good workout. And I set a lot of that stuff up because you know, hey the big dark is here so. Courtney hates it when she hears that. She says, that is no big dark. Anyway, I think it sounds kind of funny. So we have it all set up so we can stay in shape over the window. I'm looking out the window right now and it is, it's weird. It looks cloudy here that we don't have any sunlight but I'm looking over to the north east and there is blue sky so I don't know. So I think we'll get some sunlight here. We did get some sunshine before we've been getting it on and off. And one of the things too regarding like the big dark type thing, when I first moved up here a few years ago I remember I was in, I went into the library and I was talking to a librarian about that and she said something like, oh it's always dark and all that. And I said, well it was just sunny about a half hour ago and she didn't know that because she hadn't been outside. And so I think, let me do this. And so what happens is if you're inside, say you're in a warehouse or an office, it could be sunny a bunch of times throughout the day because it doesn't say sunny for long in the winter but it does get sunny. And then you know and then it's it's cloudy again so I've noticed that and I see it all the time because I work outside or at least I'm in a vehicle or I'm out. I'm kind of lucky in that respect where I go into warehouses and the guys is dark when they go in it's dark when they get out. That's kind of rough so that's why I like that's one of the things I like about the occupation I have.
