Well good morning there Teresa, Dana and happy birthday to James there and yeah we had we had 37 degrees overnight pretty chilly 43 right now the Sun is out it's gonna be a gorgeous day and a horrendous day for traffic here in the east side all 405 is closed right you know right where we are we are between exits there is no exit 8 on the freeway there's 7 and 9 if there were an exit 8 we would be right there and so all that traffic now is on over in Coal Creek Parkway which is the main north-south drag between on you know not on the freeway between Bellevue and the Reden Islands so oh man I mean the last time this happened it took us over almost 45 minutes just to get to I-90 of the surface streets here are a zoo so I'm glad we have nothing planned today of going anywhere except staying right here because this morning in in 32 36 minutes 38 minutes or so we're having a little social hour here in our condominium complex so Jane and I are gonna go over there and spend some time meeting and greeting and then 1 30 is the is the education meeting with Mike at kb7 bmy so looking forward to that one and then at 730 we get to watch the final home game for the for the Oregon Oregon beavers my son goes to school down there and right or my grandson my son our writer gets to come down for that final home game and I that was last week and we got to looking at costs of goodness it was 300 to 500 dollars a night if you could even find anything in Corvallis for next weekend so nope we're not we're not going we're gonna stay home and watch it on TV back to you Theresa's seven threes everybody this is Jim and Jane and South Bellevue k7 PD said
