Good morning, Theresa. Hello to Dana there and everybody out there on the net. Happy birthday, James. So yeah, we've got a beautiful day shaping up here. We're going to be about 60 degrees. It's sunny. It's nice out. Not a lot of wind. So hey, we're going to take advantage of it. We've got a bunch of shopping to do this morning. And then oh man, just all kinds of stuff we can do around the house. So there you go. And then tomorrow it's supposed to be even nicer up about 65. I think we're going to go drive up into the mountains and look for some rocks, do some rock hounding. I don't think we're into the mining thing this time of year, but we can definitely go do some rock hounding. So at any rate, that's kind of what we're up to. And let's see, there was something else I was going to say and I have no idea what it was. Yeah, well Sam's here waving and saying happy birthday to James and all that fun stuff. And I think that's about it. We're about to make breakfast. I just turned the toaster on. So I'm going to jump out of here and go start on some eggs.
