Very good morning to everybody. This is Victor Echo 4, golf, whiskey November. Rosie says hi, she's in the middle of something right now that she just can't put down, so I'll pass it on for her. Oh, let's see, feeling of deja vu or premonis. I'm a firm believer in both, and I remember a good number of years ago, probably a couple of decades ago, we were supposed to go with a bunch of other hams to Waro, Minnesota, to a ham fest, and the day before we were supposed to leave, we were supposed to leave Friday afternoon, after work. Thursday, she pulled me up to work, she said, we're not going. I said, okay, what's up? She says, I don't know, we're not going. Being the good husband I am, and the fact that I don't like getting smacked in the back of the head, I didn't argue with her, and we cancelled our plans. Lo and behold, a tornado went through the campground we would have been staying at. Thankfully, nobody hurt. They were alerted in time and got to shelters. But a number of camper units did get written off. So I'm a firm believer in it. Let's see, what else? Oh yes, today Rosie and I are going to be primarily relaxing. From Tuesday right up until yesterday, we were in our Legion uniform quite a bit between funerals and let's see, five Remembrance Day services. So today we get to relax, although here in Canada it's Aboriginal Veterans Day, I'll get back to that in a second. But tomorrow we've got a veterans dinner at our Legion, which I'll be at. Monday we'll be doing a service at another senior's home and then of course Tuesday Remembrance Day. But Veterans Remembrance Day, it all began somewhere in the 1990s. A group of Aboriginal veterans lay a wreath at the Canadian War Monument. They were told they weren't allowed to, which was definitely an injustice. But they decided to create their own day, which some provinces overlook. I do believe it's recognized nationally and I know the province of Manitoba as of this year are recognizing it as Aboriginal Veterans Day. It's not a stat, but at least they get the recognition they deserve. Canada has had many many Aboriginal heroes that have been grossly mistreated by the system. And I can honestly say I served with a number of Aboriginals and they were just as good as, if not better than any other soldier I ever served with. With that, I'm going to say 7-3 and back to Nat. VV4 GWN in Winnipeg.
