Thank you Kevin, I think my internet might hold, I might have fixed something. I heard two things in the last couple minutes that I'm really interested in. The shop looking one does it's thing. It actually affects this house. My partner works at a Walgreens where they used to prosecute and then they moved the limit I guess to 900 bucks that you have to steal before it's a real crime and then they stopped prosecuting. So now over there it's pretty much a free for all. And stores that were already in a low profit position are closing. And his is higher profit so at least it's maintaining. But yeah, something I guess we can probably all agree that something needs to be done about that. The other topic, I'll go quick because you guys want to go speed round. A guy just commented a couple minutes ago about having a tight house. I am fascinated by that because I've often wondered if houses with this foam insulation don't breathe. And I've always thought that a house is supposed to breathe to some extent. So if that guy is still there look up my QRZ.
