Yeah, you don't want to stay in there. You're in a nice place. You should go see the Pacific Ocean. Even though you can't see, you can smell the ocean spray and stuff. A lot of nice places to go where you're located. And yeah, me, the last, I got, you'll like what I use. I have a big hyperdermic needle. It's about one-eighth of an inch. The syringe in it is just big enough. So I load the hyperdermic needle up with, I got to chop it up with pine garlic or horseradish or brown sugar and stuff like that. And I inject it into the meat. And I do it in a lot of spots. And then I put it in a carousel, in a rotisserie. And I cook it that way. This way here, you're getting all the spices, all the stuff is injected into the meat. Down an inch or two into the roast and it cooks it from the inside with all the spices in it. And the meat is really tasty if you do it that way.
