Just to follow up before I go on to everything else, it's not under that particular act, but there's a higher act to NHL that prevents them from doing that. And the reason why it's an active building, so therefore it has different rules applied, but no, Trump cannot just sit there and tear down something. He did. He does it first and then all the legal action takes place after that. But there are protected buildings. If he wanted to paint the house, so I guess what you're saying, is he could paint the White House red. Or he could put up crosses in the front yard and have them in flames all the time. Or he could take out all the grass in the White House and put in rock, you know, without any repercussions of any kind. But anyhow, I am in this, I have a little Eden Radio down. And which one is it? I can't remember. I bought it when I was up in Wisconsin here this summer. Got a great deal on it. Brand new in the box. Little portable one. And it does a short wave and a long wave and a medium wave and it has a single sideband on it and stuff like that. And sometimes in the middle of the night I just kind of search and see if I can find anything new that I haven't heard before. So that's what I've been doing for the last hour, I guess. Until you called and now I have somebody to talk to. Oh my God. Well you look, I haven't heard very much of you lately. Yeah, I've, for various reasons I've just been kind of monitoring the net. Haven't been on much lately. But I don't know what, just personal reasons. Anyway, I don't know if you know this, but the Farmers Almanac 2026 is going to be the last Farmers Almanac that's going to be published because of financial reasons and other, I forget what it said, but anyway, no more Farmers Almanac after 2026. Thank you.
