They just throw like a handful of cilantro here and a handful of jalapeno there. And they run into this flip long sandwich or whatever it might be. And it's got like a big pocket of cilantro, a big pocket of jalapeno. You can always tell when they don't give enough care to making the sandwich when you find those. Because if they do it right, it's just uniformly spread throughout the whole sandwich. So I had this one called a Vietnamese dip, which is a sort of like a steak version of the banh mi sandwich. And it has a beef dip that goes with it. Almost like a au jus type thing, you know. And it was delicious. Just delicious. And then, because Lynn doesn't eat meat like that, so I said, what if I get you the smoothie? So she got this thing called the Miami, believe it or not Miami smoothie, which is banana, strawberries, and coconut. And oh my golly, that was delicious too. So, can't beat that with a stick I guess, you know. So that's what we did tonight. That's what I did tonight for her. And she does eat other things during the day though. Don't worry, she's not going to waste away by any means. And I think that's it. Anything else new? Cooking wise? Burning wise? Now I've been listening to the geese late at night. I think a lot of Cackling geese, very similar to Canada geese, are flying over our fields out here in the winery area. And they'll do that all times and even at night. I should go out maybe later and do owling. I'll see how I feel in another couple of hours. We'll see. Okay, well thanks for making me the caboose.
