That's approximately 24 degrees, Foxtrot I believe. Overcast day here. Just working away in the office. A nice insurance company just called to remind me a payment was coming up. I mean I appreciate the service there. So many nice people out there. We're so lucky. I've been on the path of trying to find nice people for most of my life. What I found is when you find nice people, they're attached to other nice people. It's kind of like, I'm not a miner, but mining I would say. You find a vein of nice people. There's more nice people to come so thanks nice people. I was up a bit late last night and I'm building out a new office in the main house that we moved into. And I'm going with a lighter theme there. The room colours were picked before we knew what we were going to do with it. And I'm going to roll with those colours. And they're a bit lighter. I like that. So that's nice. I put some shelving in recently. I'm going to do a little adjustment on that. I've ordered some new screens, a new desk. I put some lights in the storage area there. That's nice. I'm looking forward to that coming together. Plan is to move in sometime in the winter. And I think we're on track for that. No snow on the ground yet here which is very weird.
