Hey, great to hear from my neighbor this morning. Yeah, you're just across the hill. I'm down here in Central Oregon, so coming in on an all star note. So, yeah. Hey, great to hear you this morning and 73. Have a wonderful Wednesday. Yeah, you're under a weather alert there on the west side. So, yeah, high winds and more rain and all that fun stuff. We're supposed to be getting some more rain. In fact, it may be raining right now, I can't tell. But I'm not too close to a window and I've got my glasses on, so I can't see. Anyway, we should be getting some more rain here shortly. So we got 0.18 inches last night. So yeah, we can always use the rain here in the desert. So there you go. 73s, we will catch you again another time. Have a great day. Alright, I think I got this call sign right. Kilo Juliet 7 Victor Echo Uniform. I think that's correct. Come ahead. What you got going on on this beautiful Wednesday? Thank you, Dave. Yeah, that's right. There's no good acronyms for VEU. So it's just VEU. Unicorn maybe on the end of it. So yeah, I've been seeing the hummingbirds are flying around my backyard. And yeah, okay, so it's good. Thanks, Joan, for letting us know about VK3KK up there where the windy net was a couple years ago. Good place for setting up a windproof remote setup, that's for sure. Station, yep. And should be windy today. It's supposed to pick up. It's kind of calm right now in Magnolia and 53 degrees. Yeah, kind of in 90%. Yep, so it's not raining right now. And yep, what else was there? Oh gosh, I hate it when I hear 12 things I want to talk about and I can't remember two. Let's see, oh yeah, I got a battery, two batteries for my Kenwood. So here's one of them. It's mostly charged and I'm using it down a little. Yay, I got one. I had a battery fail from the leaf contacts on the back of the radio were flaky. So it would shut off now and then and the heat from one of the bad leaf contacts made the board fail inside the radio. The cells are good, but that little board has a controller that it bit the dust from all the heat from the contact being bad. So I got a couple new ones, nice new contacts and they're mostly charged. So this is good. Got my radio back. Flaky connector is still flaky, but if I don't tighten it down all the way, my RF is fine. And I'm still doing my 4 watts and I got my adapters. What else did I get? Oh, I got a dummy load for 25 watts. My TR-9000 has got a stuck button. It was as is, so it seeks and it receives and it does sideband stuff. You know, it needs work. Maybe I'll buy another one and swap front panels or just dig into this one and try to free up the switch or something. So techy, all these wires and stuff. That I got my setup to do. Drop.
