I got you there bud, yeah the traffic the first part of the check-ins was kind of rough there but you made it in and we got Pappy N7RHV and I apologize but usually I put you on but I know since you've been on the All-Star there hasn't been a check-in so I didn't put you on the list because I didn't see your call sign because you're on the All-Star. So sorry about that bud but you're on the list we'll get to you and good morning and next first up we'll go to KK7Z. Good morning Joe, what did you do this morning? I heard you say the past few days or a couple days you didn't get much sleep. I haven't slept yet at all since I woke up yesterday at 5 or 4.30 in the morning to do my doctor's appointment and spend half the day at the VA. Got all that done and then when I came home I had plenty of energy to do the rest of the stuff throughout the day but then right as we went to bed last night my mom was moving stuff in her room again. She doesn't feel safe, she is afraid that my son is going to do something to her which if you ever met him, I think you met Austin I'm not sure, but he's not going to do anything to anybody. He's a very very mellow and kind soul and she's just having a lot of problems with the dementia and so we were up most of the night. Most of the night and then she was up again around 11.30 or so again trying to stack furniture against the doors and just all sorts of stuff and she keeps falling and getting hurt so today I've got to kind of like remove stuff from her room, take care of stuff so she doesn't hurt herself and I've got motion alarms and all sorts of stuff so I know when she's up and moving around when she shouldn't be it's going to be a rough day today. So I didn't sleep at all last night, I didn't go to bed until about 10 to 5 and I woke up at about quarter after 6 so I got about an hour.
