Hi Missy, thanks for taking my check in. We're going up to 72 degrees here today. I think it's about 60 right now. Yeah, we're having some nice weather before it gets cold. My favorite chocolate candy bar is a Twix. I make a version of this at home. It's called Millionaire's Shortbread. And so you take some graham crackers, bust it up, mix it with butter, press that in to a casserole dish and bake it. Then you make some caramel and pour the caramel on top of the shortbread crust and let that set. Then you make a chocolate ganache, chocolate and cream, and heavy cream. It's fairly important to use a dark chocolate. I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate because it's bitter, but in this case it's a perfect match. I'm going to use a dark chocolate to balance the caramel or you'll just get blown out by the sweetness. So dark chocolate ganache is poured on top of the set caramel. Let that cool and then I'll sprinkle it with some coarse salt so you get a kind of salty sweet thing. So yeah, the Twix. That's my candy bar. Thanks for taking my check in Missy. K0OBX, back to you.
