Okay, yeah, I don't have any ones that I've had surgery needed surgery for anything like that But now and then when I move a certain way I'll get like a little ball down around my my side or my stomach. I'll just pop out and I can feel it It's like a like a lump, but then it goes away again when I move like a certain way or something It'll go back where it was to and it won't pay no more So I don't have like a bad hernia, but I got one that like shows itself now and then
