Well, my friends and his wife, they're putting their house up to code, but my cottage, since I'm not going to have an inspector there because it's under certain square footage, there's a sawmill down the road I could buy sawmill wood and save about half the amount of money on my lumber costs. I still got to buy the plywood though. There's no way I'm going to round that. That's going to be my most expensive part is the plywood. It doesn't cost much at all for probably about $15,000 to put up the ... If I make the trussels, if you make one trussel, use it as a template, you can make them all the same and call them up on the roof and so on. I'm trying to keep the cost now. Or I could pay ... I think it was 20 ... If I had the foundation, it would cost 20 or $30,000. Somewhere between dependent upon the size of the unit, they put a tiny mini house on the foundation. Everything would be done. I wouldn't have to do anything, but it would cost a fortune to do it that way, so it's cheaper doing it yourself.
