They actually have a house. And two hamshacks upstairs, the up-to-date fully modern one with an ICAM station and a flex radio station. But then on the other side of the upstairs is what they call the museum, which is a fully functional hamshack that is full of hot, dusty tubes. Very fun to do. Straight key night from there. But that's the Radio Club of Tacoma. You know, be there or be square. Or be there and be square, too. I mean, it's OK to be square. Also, Saturday, November 8 is the next PSRG Educational Meeting. Meeting, meeting. And that's at 1330, 1.30 PM on Zoom. And there is already a hot link. I can read this off of the laptop here. The November PSRG Educational Meeting is Saturday, November 8. The topic is amateur radio in space. Space, space, space. Operating ham radio satellites in the International Space Station. How to work ham radio satellites using modest equipment with an emphasis on operating the ISS. Access to onboard repeater, APRS digipeter, and speaking with crew members will be covered along with satellite operating fundamentals. And of course, what equipment to use. If you ever wanted to operate ham satellites but thought it's too expensive and too complicated, you should be wrong. Some people put a lot of money into it, but you don't need to necessarily. There are ways to work the ISS especially that are very easy. Crossband repeater, where you transmit on one band and receive on another band. And that's a trick to that and some special antennas. But it's all within reach. Beep.
