I think it was issued like first of March And Yeah, I got caught up in a bunch of other things going on around then and haven't really had a chance to pick up my Handsets since then and well yesterday night my friend Sydney kila kilo seven Victor Hotel Juliet down in Tacoma Hopped on a call with me on on the repeater and I got on the air for the first time. It was a great time Been enjoying all the all the conversation about the windows upgrades the last little while. I I'm on a similar boat at least with my family's computers helping them try to navigate getting Systems in support on Windows 10 or move things over to Windows 11 But all of my stuffs been on Linux for the last god 16 years now so For the most part it's not really affecting me Always happy to give advice to friends up and helping friends move over to Linux for the last little while And that's kind of my plan for today I've been experimenting with mix OS and some things there with containerization and virtualization hoping to get I Had set up an RTL SDR dongle under I don't remember what software package I was using on Arch Linux a little while back Right after I got my license because I wanted to just listen into the net and see if I could pick up FM radio But now now that I'm moving over to mix I'm just trying to make sure my software stack can move over to that Yeah, it's been a lot of fun really enjoying the hobby I'm pretty close to Maple Leaf Reservoir Park. I might be able to come over.
