We were, a couple years ago, I became a member to the idea of doing that hot rock in underground cooking. And we had a leg of limb. And I watched some instructive videos on it and stuff like that. And I was particularly wondering, how deep do you make the hole? And the best description I heard was half a boy. I had the shovel. I looked at the shovel and I said, I'm not digging a hole. Half a boy deep, just a good piece of meat. And so I wrapped it up in tin foil and wet towels. And I put it on the grill and turned it down low. And it was great. It was great.
